RESERVATION CONDITIONS: EL SEQUER & XAYMACA

MAXIMUM CAPACITY ADMITTED:
El Sequer: Four (4) people and one child under 2 years using a cot.
Xaymaca: Eight (8) people and two children under 2 years using a cot.
Children under 2 years: Free.
No more persons than the legal capacity permitted will be admitted.

Minimum stay: 2 nights: June to September: Minimum stay – One week and complete house rate.

No domestic pets allowed excepting guide dogs.

LENGTH OF STAY:

**Minimum stay: 2 nights. **June - September: One week and complete house rate. Low Season: Reduced price for extended periods or smaller groups.

Price includes: electricity, water, heating, bed & bath linen, welcome package and amenities, cot & cot linen*,use of bicycles (El Sequer), initial firewood supply*, maps & information on area, weekly cleaning service & linen change*, pool and garden maintenance.

To secure your reservation, a reservation deposit of 40% of total rental price must be paid within 48 hours of confirming reservation. Please contact owners for further details.
