RESERVATION AND RENTAL CONDITIONS: EL SEQUER & XAYMACA

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
El Sequer: 4 persons and 1 child under two years using a cot
Xaymaca: 8 persons and 2 children under two years using cots
No more persons than those stipulated will be admitted.

Minimum stay: 2 nights: June to September: Minimum stay – One week and complete house rate.

Confirmation of Reservation: 30% of total rental amount as a refundable reservation and security deposit. Payment by bank transfer.

Price includes: electricity, water, heating costs; bed & bath linen; weekly house clean and linen change; pool & garden maintenance; welcome products and amenities; cot*, initial supply of firewood*; use of bicycles; maps & information on area. * Extra firewood will be charged separately.

Low Season: Special prices for smaller groups, long stays and mid-week reservations in Xaymaca.
NEW : Upon special request, we can offer Xaymaca as a B&B option during the week. (Please consult)

No domestic pets allowed.
